📦 Orders & Shipping

1. Do you charge extra for shipping?
🚚 No, shipping is already included in the product price. You won’t see additional fees at checkout.

2. Where do you ship from?
Our products are sourced from trusted suppliers and shipped from the UK, USA, and other parts of America. Some items may also be shipped from China, depending on availability.

3. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • UK Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days via Evri or Royal Mail
  • USA & International Orders: Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier’s location, typically 7-15 business days.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or contact us at customerservice@arinolawellness.com.

5. My order is delayed. What should I do?
Please check your tracking number first. If it’s been more than 7 days (UK) or 15 days (International), contact us so we can assist.

6. Will I receive my order in multiple packages?
Yes, depending on where the item is shipped from, your order may arrive in separate packages if sourced from different locations.

7. Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.

8. What if my product arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@arinolawellness.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

9. Do you offer refunds?
We only issue refunds for damaged or incorrect items. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Yes! All Arinola Wellness products are natural, non-GMO, and free from sulphates, parabens, artificial fragrances, and harsh chemicals.

11. Are your products safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Some of our products contain essential oils and herbal ingredients that may not be suitable for pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always consult your healthcare provider before use.

12. How do I use essential oils safely?
Essential oils should never be applied directly to the skin without dilution. Always dilute in a carrier oil and perform a patch test before use. Some oils should be avoided by pregnant women, children, and pets.
